LOOK5 Waitlist Terms
Effective: July 19, 2026
These Terms apply only to the public LOOK5.app marketing and waitlist page. In these Terms, “LOOK5,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the LOOK5 service and the individual responsible for operating it. LOOK5 is a service name, not a separate corporation or LLC. If LOOK5 is distributed through Apple, Apple’s public seller listing identifies the individual seller.
These Terms do not govern a future LOOK5 application, product account, or public community feature. Separate app Terms will apply before those services are offered.
Eligibility
The waitlist is for people who are at least 18 years old and currently in the United States. Do not submit the form if you do not meet both conditions.
Waitlist status
Submitting or confirming an email address does not create a LOOK5 account, reserve a username, guarantee an invitation or access, establish priority, or promise a launch date.
Email choice
LOOK5 sends a confirmation request only after you select the separate email-consent checkbox. Launch announcements and product updates are authorized only after you confirm through that email. You may unsubscribe at any time. Agreement to these Terms does not independently authorize marketing email.
Acceptable use
Do not use the waitlist unlawfully; submit an address you do not control; impersonate another person; make automated, abusive, or excessive submissions; interfere with the page or email process; bypass security or bot-protection controls; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Privacy
The LOOK5 Waitlist Privacy Notice explains the information used for the waitlist, its purposes, service providers, retention, deletion, and your choices.
Availability
LOOK5 may limit, suspend, close, or discontinue the waitlist, or reject or remove a request, when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, operations, legal compliance, or a change in launch plans. The waitlist and confirmation process may be unavailable from time to time.
LOOK5 materials
The LOOK5 name, custom wordmark, page design, copy, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the individual operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, sell, or commercially exploit those materials.
External services
The page may rely on or link to services operated by others. Those services control their own availability, security, content, and privacy practices. A link does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PAGE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE INDIVIDUAL OPERATOR DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE PAGE, CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WAITLIST, OR ANY FUTURE LOOK5 SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, AVAILABLE, OR LAUNCHED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INDIVIDUAL OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC PAGE OR WAITLIST. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any non-waivable rights that apply to you.
Changes and contact
LOOK5 may update these Terms as the waitlist or law changes. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms take effect. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
